HOW IT WORKS?
One of our Boe Network Staff members, will look for the item's price upon request, once the price is agreed, accepted and paid by sender our agent will purchase such item and deliver it to the recipient on time through our courier network service door to door.
Once the requested item has been successfully delivered we'll send a copy of the item's original invoice either by fax or e-mail to the sender.

DELIVERY POLICIES
* Deliveries can be made within Ecuador only.
* Any products, goods or medicine can be delivered using our standard Two-Days delivery service after purchase.
* Product Deliveries being shipped to remote areas in Ecuador may take additionally a couple of days more plus an extra cost of $20, depending on the item's weight.
* Address information changes after the order has been shipped will result in a penalty of $30.00.
* Our delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home.
* For hospital deliveries: Please, make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
* Perishable items may be limited to express delivery services to ensure the product is delivered under safe conditions.
* Boe Network is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by our courier suppliers, other third parties or natural disasters.
