We are a group of voluntary workers whose association started in 2004 and grew to an established NGO (non-governmental organization) and registered welfare organization in Quito, Ecuador called Fundacion "Ayúdame a Escuchar" Fundaye, founded out of the necessity in helping those less fortunate persons with lost hearing, who do not have access to proper treatment. Unfortunate Ecuadorians excluded from society, who are led dramatically into potential communication problems such as lack of independence, education, self esteem and employment opportunities.
