This

through the high mountains in Quito,
or from the hills in Crucita,
or Canoa.
Both beaches especially Crucita is surrounded by steep hills and
frequent strong winds ascending from the Bay.
Crucita
is the most frequented destination for Ecuador's hang-gliding
and paragliding fanatics. Hang-gliding and paragliding
are practiced from the dry cliffs located south of the village.
Crucita is considered one of the best locations for this sport
