Try Transportes Valencia, vía Babahoyo (2 hours,
2 1/2 hours). It's safer and takes less time than the other route. To Quito, through Transportes Macuchi (4 1/2 hours, US$5). To Portoviejo and to Santo Domingo de los Colorados, through Transportes Sucre. | | Excursions | | Quevedo connects with Guayaquil by two roads: One runs through El Empalme, Balzar, Palestina, Daule and Nobol; and the other runs through the city of Babahoyo.
From
Quevedo there is a beautiful road that connects Quevedo with Latacunga in the highlands and then on to the Manabí province in the coast, passing by the small villages of Maná, Pilaló, El Tingo and Zumbahua. The road is in good conditions until before PiIaIó, which is an excellent route for biking.
Rancho Hostería Inmisahu.- Is an interesting place to visit nearby Quevedo with nice cabins, swimming pool and restaurant. Located some 2 kilometers before La Maná. Reservations: Tel. 2688003 - 281. Or, through our online Hotel reservation
