We specialize in English to Spanish and Spanish to English translations only. But, feel free to inquire about any other
particular translation needs. | | How is the translation process?
1. Your inquiry is received.
2. Your documents are reviewed (# of words, length, subject matter, etc).
3. Our costs are figured out and a quote is submitted to you.
4. Any further questions are answered.
5. Your purchase order is received.
6. We select the proper translator for your project.
7. A first draft is produced and reviewed.
8. The translation is submitted to a second translator for proofread.
9. The edited version is finally reviewed
and sent to you. | | For larger documents, which is the best file transfer method?
If the file is too large, you can compress it into WinZip for a faster transfer. We can also provide FTP-server facilities for you to upload your files. If this is the case please, contact us for further instructions. | | How should I send you the document to be translated?
It's easier and faster if documents are provided by electronic
mail as attachments, in a standard program such as Microsoft Word. However, we can also manage with documents submitted by courier or fax. Note that an additional fee will be charged. | | Will my document be formatted for print?
This is not included. But please, let us know if you require formatting. A small fee should be applied. | | How will you send back the document?

Translations are a very time consuming operation. Translators can take longer to translate a document than to actually create it. Translators must be fluent in the two languages that they're working with and must be experts in their field. | | How long it'll take to complete my translation?
When retyping and reformatting is required as well as research on specialized literature (the more specialized your document
is, the more time it will take to complete the translation). Your document will be read, translated, reviewed and corrected.
